A luxury Asian brand restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Kitchen Manager who has the following:-

  • Tertiary diploma in f&b or hospitality management
  • Minimum 3 years as Kitchen Manager of a full service Asian restaurant - NOT A CHEF FROM HOTELS
  • Must have excellent back of house and stock management experience
  • Must have management experience with regards to overseeing smooth operation of the kitchen as well as stock mangement, cost controls and ordering
  • Stable track record’
  • Own vehicle
