Your Mission and the Team

As a Social Media Marketer, you play a key role within our organization. Your mission is to define our short- and long-term strategy with a strong focus on Paid Social Advertising! You translate insights into recommendations and contribute to the innovation of our social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You work closely but Remote with other specialists from the Digital Marketing team and our content specialists. You are the go-to expert for all things related to Paid Social Advertising.

Your Role

Developing and optimizing the B2C social media strategy (paid & organic)

Setting up lead generation, sales, and awareness campaigns

Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance

Managing social media KPIs & budget

Building and maintaining a loyal fan base

Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities

You Bring

As a Social Media Marketer, you will play a significant role in expanding P1 Travel both nationally and internationally.

✅Bachelors degree (or equivalent work and thinking level)

✅2 years of experience in Social Media (international experience is a plus)

✅Data analysis & interpretation skills, proven knowledge of GA4/META

✅ Experience in Paid Social Advertising is a must! (This role focuses heavily on paid social)

✅ Experience with TikTok & Influencer Marketing

✅Always looking for ways to improve

✅Hands-on mentality
