What are we looking for?


We are looking for an experienced and high-energy talent acquisition specialist to source and secure high-quality tech talent globally, to meet our growing business and talent needs.


About the Role:

  • Source, screen and identify suitable candidates who meet the key criteria and specialised skills requirements
  • Utilized advanced targeted screening and selection methods in order to secure the best talent and present suitable candidates to business
  • Effectively apply related assessments and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Co-ordinate and secure interviews with relevant stakeholders, ensuring all relevant information is provided as needed
  • Manage and negotiate the offer process and manage the onboarding process
  • Develop a pipeline of high-quality candidates for on-going talent campaign activities to improve delivery and lead times to business
  • Drive word-of-mouth employer brand awareness building and proactively manage the candidate experience
  • Update and maintain the candidate network and acquisition management system
  • Provide HR support where required
  • Minimum of 3 year’s corporate and / or specialist recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with at least 1 year experience gained recruiting tech related talent
  • Previous experience within a HR Business Partner or related role
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of talent acquisition policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience managing various talent acquisition campaigns
  • Must have previous experience working with recruitment software
  • Highly competent recruiting via various social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn
  • Solid talent sourcing skills and head-hunting experience essential
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in attraction and retention of talent
  • Highly proficient in MS Office packages, particularly MS Teams and Outlook

As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in the South Africa, so long as you are authorised to work in the SA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
