Purpose of the Job

The People Delivery Assistant will collaborate closely with the People Delivery Specialist to provide effective and efficient people services within the Distribution Centre environment. This role is crucial in supporting the People function by coordinating various administrative functions to ensure HR processes are executed smoothly and so contributing to a conducive work environment and the overall success of the team.

Job Objectives Qualifications

Education; BCom/BA Degree (HR Management / Industrial Psychology) or relevant degree level education

Experience

Minimum one year experience in HR administration in supply chain, logistics or retail environment.

Knowledge and Skills

Attention to detail

Collaboration with various stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of Labour Law
