REPORTS TO TITLE: Director, OpEx

BUSINESS FUNCTION/ SUB-FUNCTION: Global Operations
LOCATION: Remote

ROLE PURPOSE

The Operational Readiness Associate assists the Operational Readiness Manager in ensuring operational success for the implementation of their assigned product line. The Operational Readiness Associate is responsible for in the planning, execution and completion of low to medium complexity internal projects related to product releases and process change/improvement. This includes requests for information and updates received from Operations. The Operational Readiness Associate will communicate transparently and in timely a timely manner with Signant Health stakeholders. With leadership from the Operational Readiness Manager, the Operational Readiness Associate will manage project risks and ensure timely resolution. This includes contributing to the assessment and prioritization of business transformation projects and operational improvement requests accompanied by comprehensive project plans, and alignment across product lines to establish best practices and influence business process improvement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Own operational readiness activities and product enhancement knowledge for Global Operations for low to medium complexity product releases.
2. Assist with the creation, update, and delivery of Operations training, including onboarding/refresher training and Open Door sessions
3. Manage Confluence page creation and updates to assist with ongoing process improvement and Operations guidance.
4. Act as SME for low to medium complexity issues or activities for their product line and provide strategic input and knowledge as required.
5. Support the Operational Readiness Manager with the collation and prioritization of initiatives.
6. Identify opportunities for the harmonization of processes, collaborate with other Operational Readiness Associates/Managers and update/create documentation with oversight from the Operational Readiness Manager.
7. Manage FinancialForce templates with partnership from the Operational Readiness Manager.
8. Support business partner relationships across Global Operations.
9. Report on project status updates to OpEx leadership.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Essential (maximum 10):
1. Signant Health employees: Project Specialist, Associate Project Manager, or equivalent.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or relevant experience.
3. 1-3 years in project support across multiple functional teams.
4. Able to multi-task and work with multiple team members under rapid timelines with changing priorities.
5. Must be detail orientated with strong time management and organizational skills.
6. Must have solid MS Office Suite experience – Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint.
7. Must be comfortable speaking to diverse and/or large audiences across all levels of the organization and have excellent written and spoken English skills.
8. Demonstrated practical knowledge for at least one specific product line (eCOA, eConsent, Advisory, RTSM).
9. Must show initiative, willingness to learn, and be able to work independently as needed.

Desirable (maximum 5):
1. Ability to work in an organization matrix using organizational thinking, influence, self-management, collaboration, customer-focus, and empathy to lead success.
2. Proven experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.
3. Ability to have a flexible work schedule to accommodate time differences due to the global workforce.
