Role Purpose The Device Provisioning Interns will be exposed to the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of various devices and systems. This role ensures that all devices are set up according to company and client standards and provides support for any technical issues that arise. Requirements

• 1 Year qualification in IT or a related field.
• 0 - 1 years of experience in device provisioning or a related technical support role.
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ can be advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provision new devices and configure user profiles based on client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with devices such as computers, switches, and peripherals (keyboards, mice, monitors, printers, docking stations, etc.).
• Install and configure third-party applications, including antivirus software, encryption tools, and other client-specific applications.
• Handle incident requests related to hardware and software, including configuration changes, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, logging, and tracking of devices.
• Document all steps taken to resolve tickets and create work instructions for repeatable tasks.
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Provide remote support to clients and ensure service delivery aligns with company standards.
• Occasionally assist with on-site client support as directed by the Service Desk Manager.
