A vacancy exists for a Fleet & Payroll Administrator stationed at our Mafikeng office.

The main purpose of this position is to perform a full capturing and reconciling function.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Reviewing the outstanding Service reports on Greenfleet.
  • Rerouting of the fines.
  • Management of the license renewals proactively.
  • Tracking the standing vehicles on a weekly basis and sending report to the General Manager.
  • Management of the warranty work.
  • Overseeing the driver training process.
  • Management of the fleet on the asset registers.
  • Analysing the fuel reports - Route VS consumption.
  • Managing the vehicle repairs and fuel budgets.

Payroll Function (Not totally inclusive):

  • Ensure that all Payroll and Salary related concerns are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Daily booking of Guards on Posting Sheet.
  • Billing / Finance.

Qualifications, experience and other competencies

  • Matric Certificate.
  • Strong command of English
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SAP as well as Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
  • Highly motivated and enthstic
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Own transport is essential
  • Should reside in the Mafikeng area.
