Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and has a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and interest level, ensuring they are a good fit for Think ABM.
  • Set Up Sales Meetings: Schedule appointments for the broader sales team
  • Maintain CRM Data: Keep accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates in the companys CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Follow Up & Nurture Leads: Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients, providing relevant information and nurture relationships until they are ready to move forward.
  • Meet & Exceed Targets: Achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, email outreach, and qualified meeting bookings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection in a professional manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
