• A deep understanding of statistical modelling, and credit risk management principles.
• Leading key projects
• Mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to the overall improvement of our Credit Risk Scoring Data and Features suite.
• Will be required to lead key Feature Development streams, like the data assets underlying key bureau views and scorecard models.
• Leading the development of our platform data marts, used in the development and execution of our credit scorecards.

You will be an ideal candidate if you: Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with focus on Credit Risk being preferential
• Strong programming skills in SAS
• Python and SQL would be beneficial
• Excellent data manipulation and feature engineering skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex, technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
