Mission/ Core purpose of the Job :

The Senior Specialist: BI Reporting and Analytics will ingest and analyze data from multiple sources and create reports to translate business needs into meaningful insights. Responsible for using innovative and modern tools and techniques to automate the most-common, repeatable, and tedious data preparation tasks and reports.

Supports the senior leadership with insights, management reports, and analysis for decision-making processes.

Job Specifications/ Minimum & Preferred Requirements Education / Business Degree

Minimum of 3-year tertiary degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field

Fluent in English

Work Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in a BI reporting and analytics environment, with experience in a complex, technology-oriented industry.

Minimum 5 years working with SAS, SQL, Python, R (or similar), Power BI.

Minimum 5 years experience working with complex data and performance frameworks.

Minimum 3 years working experience on big data environments, tools, and techniques.

Experience in scripting languages and advanced analytical software to solve complex business problems.

Experience working in a medium to large organisation.
