An established Process Technology and Manufacturing company in Paarl is looking for a skilled artisan to join our Engineering division on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

a) Fabrication & Manufacturing of components (both in workshop and on-site)b) Welding - MIG & TIGc) Fitting & Assembly of mechanical componentsd) Working with hand and power toolse) Equipment maintenance - ensuring company assets are well-maintainedf) Housekeeping & safety compliance (both workshop & on-site)g) Documentation & administration related to tasks

Duty Related Requirements:

a) Matric or N2 qualification in a relevant fieldb) Minimum 5 years experience in welding, fitting, and fabricationc) Proficient in TIG & MIG weldingd) Ability to read and interpret technical drawingse) Medically fit (no known medical conditions)f) Valid Drivers License & reliable transport (including for overtime/weekend work)g) Red Seal qualification (advantageous but not required)h) Strong knowledge of safety & quality standardsi) Able to compile & complete related administrationj) No criminal record (background checks will be conducted)k) Comfortable working at heights & in confined spaces

Compensation Package:

a) Between R 60.00 - R 150.00 per hour (monthly salary for full time)

b) Based on experience and requirements met.

c) Package will be indicated prior to second round interview.
