• An appropriate tertiary qualification in BEng or BSc (Eng)
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the Engineering Council

of South Africa (ECSA)

• Up to eight (8) years relevant experience.

Key Performance Areas

• Manage, supervise, facilitate and obtain all land use approvals in

terms of the relevant legislation for the upgrading of informal settlement and urgent and Emergency Housing Programme projects.
