Key Purpose The Operations Executive role forms part of the Discovery Connect Distribution Services (DCDS) team and reports to the Chief Executive officer and is responsible for providing leadership and managerial oversight to the Park Square office. The Operations Executive executes the sequence of activities necessary to ensure that optimal performance is achieved in Park Square office. Key Outputs- Manage all day-to-day office logistics within Park Square (Facilities, office operations, health & safety)
- Ensure 95% floor occupancy is achieved month to month
- Ensure all sales teams are fully staffed according to head count requirements
- Actively participate in new candidate interviews to assess company fit and competency
- Drive and support Sales team performance to >95% of monthly targets
- Managing of any Risk and Compliance incidents
- Managing office expenses vs budget allocation
- Escalation points for safety and security incidents
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on: Maintenance, conflict resolution and event planning
- Providing support to DCDS (KZN), Team leaders and Sales managers on all people and office related matters
- Develop and implement a talent pipeline strategy for sales agents in KZN
- Implement initiatives as set by EXCO and DCDS Board.

Qualification & Experience
- Recognised Degree
- 5 - 6 years experience within a managerial role
- Financial industry experience working with Discovery product portfolio. Life, Health, Insure, GAP, Bank, Invest, Vitality.
- Working with stakeholders across numerous initiatives and concurrent activities
