Job Summary Join the Absa Vehicle Management Solutions team and build your expertise as a Business Developer to grow the business. responsible for managing a core portfolio of existing AVMS Fleet clients as well as identifying and pursuing acquisition opportunities for the bank within the fleet industry in South Africa. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth and providing consultative support to your existing as well as prospect clients within the fleet industry. Job Description Manage a portfolio of existing AVMS fleet clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant for the business management of their fleet requirements and fleet operations. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss their ongoing fleet needs, business objectives, fleet management strategies, and financial products and services. Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative support as well as tailored solutions demonstrating expertise in fleet management practices, financial products, and services on an ongoing basis to clients based on their specific requirements and business objectives and the competitive landscape in the market. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and work with clients to develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives. Develop and implement sales as well as client specific strategies to increase revenue and market share. Collaborate with other members of the sales and management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product/service offerings to your existing client portfolio. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. Utilize CRM and other sales management tools to track and report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes • Attend industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and stay informed of the latest developments in the fleet industry.
