Job Title: Experienced Team Coordinator for Property Managers

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Coordinator for our clients Property Managers team in the Real Estate Industry. This role will require you to manage a team of 3-5 Property Managers while ensuring smooth operations, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. You will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and plays a critical role in fostering team development, enhancing operational efficiency, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Team Coordinator, you will not only oversee the day-to-day operations of your team but also be instrumental in shaping the future of property management practices. You should have at least 3-5 years of managerial experience in property management, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and a track record of managing a small team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, guide, and manage a team of 3-5 Property Managers, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and operational standards. Oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of service delivery.
  • People Development: Foster a culture of professional growth and continuous learning within the team. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, mentorship, and implement development plans to help team members succeed and advance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in processes, recommend improvements, and implement changes to optimize team productivity and operational workflows. Ensure the team is consistently working at peak performance levels.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve operational challenges. Work collaboratively with your team and other departments to find solutions that improve service delivery and remove bottlenecks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including other departments and senior management. Ensure the Property Managers objectives align with broader company goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with property management policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Keep abreast of any regulatory changes impacting property management and ensure the team is informed and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in property management, specifically managing a team of 3-5 team members.
  • Experience in Property Management: At least 3-5 years in a Property Management or similar role, with deep knowledge of property management procedures, systems, and best practices.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team effectively. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach.
  • People Management Expertise: A track record of building strong teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
