Job Mission / Objective

The Senior Manager - Coverage serves as the primary point of contact for all Alliance Banking partners, ensuring that relationships are strong, productive, and aligned with the banks strategic goals. This role is responsible for driving ServiceLevel Managementwith partners and monitoring them against their targets, as well as maintaining partner satisfaction, addressing their needs, and ensuring that any concerns—whether operational, technical, or strategic—are promptly resolved

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Identifying new partnership opportunities,
• Exploring innovative partnership models, and leading efforts to expand the partner base.
• Working closely with existing partners,
• Business Development Success: Number of new partnerships or business opportunities secured and their contribution to revenue growth.
• Partnership Growth: Expansion of existing partnerships through new products, services, or geographies

RELATIONSHIP & CLIENT FOCUS:

• Adequate client engagement
• Ensure RMs perform their duties in line with standards set
• Client satisfaction measure
• Recruiting of top talent when necessary to avoid vacancies
• Facilitates operational and technical support, serving as the liaison between partners and internal teams such as Product, Integration, and Solutions
• Play a key role in strategic collaboration, ensuring smooth communication across teams and ensuring all partnership initiatives align with the banks broader objectives.
• Partner Satisfaction: High levels of partner retention and positive feedback on service delivery.
• Operational Efficiency: Timely resolution of partner operational and technical issues.
• Strategic Alignment: Degree of alignment between partner activities and the banks strategic goals.
• Market Expansion: Successful introduction of new partnerships, business models, or innovations to enhance market presence
