Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company as a professional broker, promoting our property auction and private treaty services to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and nurture productive relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring the achievement of auction and sales objectives.
• Engage with clients to successfully conclude auction and private treaty mandates, exceeding their expectations with excellent service delivery.
• Actively identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial property sector.
• Provide valuable market insights and recommendations to management regarding market trends, pricing, and development strategies.
