Job Responsibilities: Schedule Development & Maintenance: Collaborate with owners, designers, and project managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loading schedules for Design/Build construction projects using MS Projects. Master Project Schedule: Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, establish baselines, track status, and perform measurement baselines. Reporting: Develop and maintain summary-level schedule reports, including Gantt charts, milestone charts, and other tools for critical path analysis, near-term task management, resource allocation, performance variances, and cost/schedule integration. Progress Reporting: Gather and analyse information to prepare reports on project progress; frequent on-site visits to review construction progress. Project Management Support: Assist the project management team with planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of project status, including maintaining dashboards. Scheduling Consistency: Work with the project management team to standardize scheduling approaches, ensuring consistency and accuracy in project execution and reporting. Troubleshooting: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve potential scheduling issues. Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate records and paperwork related to scheduling. Schedule Reviews: Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews with the project team. Training & Development: Provide training to foremen, superintendents, and project managers to enhance project scheduling skills across the company. Qualifications : Experience: Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience. Minimum of 5 years using MS Project or Primavera P3/P6 and MS Excel. Subject matter expertise in using MS Project for managing integrated master schedules and supporting detailed schedules. Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others, build effective relationships, and foster a positive and productive team environment. Creative and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills, including experience with functional and technical specifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, or a related field. Between 5 - 7 Years
