Job Title: Experienced Team Coordinator for Tenant Administrators - Real Estate (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Coordinator to manage a small team of Tenant Administrators within the Real Estate industry. This leadership role requires an individual with strong managerial experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to drive performance and process improvements. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3-5 members while ensuring efficient operations and fostering a positive team culture. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our clients operations by offering constructive feedback, resolving challenges, and continuously enhancing the teams performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development:

Lead a team of Tenant Administrators, providing day-to-day management, mentorship, and guidance. Foster a collaborative environment where team members can thrive, ensuring a high level of performance and growth.

  • Performance Management:

Regularly provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure the continuous development and success of individual team members.

  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

Proactively identify inefficiencies in team operations, offering practical solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity. Ensure the teams workflows are optimized for maximum output.

  • Problem Solving:

Tackle challenges head-on, addressing issues within the team and across operational processes. Collaborate with the team and other departments to find innovative solutions that drive improvements.

Act as a key liaison between the Tenant Administrators team, other departments, and management. Ensure alignment and transparent communication across all parties to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience, specifically in leading teams. Prior leadership experience in tenant administration or a similar field is a must.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Tenant Administration roles, with a clear understanding of the industry and operational requirements.

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse team, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and motivating employees to achieve common goals.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
