Were Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SDR as a Service

We are looking for a highly driven SDR to join our team and support our SDR as a Service (SDRaaS) offering. This role is designed for a top-performing, results-driven professional who thrives in an outbound sales environment. If youre passionate about lead generation, pipeline development, and booking high-value meetings, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an intense outbound prospecting role where you will:

  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone calls, and virtual/in-person presentations
  • Engage and build relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers
  • Focus on key industries, including Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, and more
  • Generate and qualify leads, book meetings, and hand off opportunities to the sales team
  • Track and report on performance weekly, ensuring strict KPIs are met

Who Were Looking For

  • 2+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Business, etc.)
  • Proven ability to identify and connect with key decision-makers
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch and present effectively
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms

Target Decision-Makers
