Freelance Senior Facilitator Position

We are seeking qualified and experienced facilitators to train other seasoned facilitators in the Occupational Certificate: Training and Development Practitioner (NQF Level 5). This is an exciting opportunity for experts in training and development to share their knowledge and elevate the skills of industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training for experienced facilitators in accordance with the Occupational Certificate: Training and Development Practitioner (NQF Level 5) curriculum.
• Deliver high-quality, interactive, and engaging sessions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to facilitators to enhance their instructional techniques.
• Ensure compliance with SAQA, QCTO, and SETA requirements.
• Assess and evaluate trainees competencies and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Training & Development or related field.
• Occupational Certificate: Training and Development Practitioner (NQF Level 5) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience as a facilitator, with expertise in training other facilitators.
• Registered Assessor and Moderator (advantageous).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, assessment methodologies, and SETA/QCTO regulations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
