What youll be up to:

• Solving complex industry specific problems.
• Data Alchemy: Transform raw data into meaningful insights through analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
• Risk & Compliance Detective: Support financial and regulatory reporting by ensuring data integrity and accuracy (no skeletons in the spreadsheet, please).
• Trend Spotter: Identify market, operational, and financial trends to guide business strategy.
• Tech-Savvy Number Cruncher: Work with software and programming skills such as SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools to unlock data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Pro: Work closely with business, finance, tech and risk teams to ensure data speaks their language.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Relevant bachelors degree, with strong preference for a post graduate qualification.
• Technical certifications and/or professional qualifications such as CFA and/or FRM. (if youve got it, flaunt it!)
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, or risk & compliance analytics.
• Hands-on experience with software and programming skills such as Python, SAS, SQL, or other analytics tools.
• Finance, risk, and regulatory compliance knowledge (bonus points if youve worked in banking or insurance!).
• Ability to turn complex data into simple, compelling narratives no jargon, just clarity.
• Problem-solving mindset and a natural curiosity for making sense of numbers.
