Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a GRA Controller to join our Reverse Logistics team! If you thrive in an administrative role, enjoy problem-solving, have a hands-on approach and have experience in inventory handling, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

The GRA Controller, plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our Reverse Logistics and Customer Connect Departments. The primary responsibility is to manage administrative processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure optimal workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Management - Accurately capture and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and digital systems.

· Record Keeping - Organise and store documents, files, and correspondence for easy retrieval.

· Inventory Processing - Receive and allocate inventory for repairs or returns.

· Operational Support - Assist in streamlining administrative functions for efficiency and accuracy.

What Were Looking For:

✔ Experience - 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.

✔ Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in Office365 (Outlook & Excel); experience with Sage Evolution is an advantage.

✔ Industry Knowledge - Prior experience in returns, repairs, technical servicing, or the furniture industry is beneficial.

✔ Key Competencies - Strong attention to detail, time management, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal & written in English).

✔ Ownership & Accountability - A results-driven, proactive team player who takes responsibility for their work.
