We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations in a Manufacturing facility.

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with extensive knowledge of plant production, operations, and maintenance processes.

- Millwright Qualification or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring the plant operates at optimal efficiency.

- Conduct routine inspection and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.

- Manage and train a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continues improvement.

- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.

- Manage the maintenance budget, procurement, and inventory of spare parts.

- Collaborate with operations and production teams to align maintenance activities with production goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
