The successful candidate will act as a Financial Assistant in the SanlamAllianz Group Finance Team and will report to the Finance Manager. What will make you successful in this role? Responsibilities will include, amongst others, the following:
  • Managing finance email inbox for invoice processing
  • SAP Master Data Governance - supplier & product data
  • Accurate & timeously supplier invoice processing
  • SAP Procure2Pay (P2P) processes will include:
  • Creating Purchase Requisitions (PR)
  • Creating Purchase Orders
  • Creating Service Entry Sheet (SES)/ Good Receipts
  • Submitting invoices for payment
  • Updating and maintaining the payment tracker
  • Monitoring & Controlling P2P Process:
  • Follow up on PR not approved
  • Follow up on SES not created
  • Follow up on payments not done
  • Providing proof of payment upon request to vendors
  • Creating and maintaining creditor recons
  • Assisting executive assistants with finance related queries from Cost Center owners
  • Providing assistance to SanlamAllianz Group Finance team for ad-hoc finance related queries
Qualification and Experience
  • NQF level 5 qualification
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial
Knowledge and Skills
  • SAP P2P knowledge
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Finance background, preferably in accounts payable
  • The ability to communicate with all levels of the business
