As a leader within MTN Group, the Senior Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive ESD strategy that aligns with MTNs long-term business objectives, corporate social responsibility goals, and its broader sustainability framework. By collaborating with key internal stakeholders, local entrepreneurs, and suppliers, this individual will help create a robust local supplier ecosystem that drives economic development, job creation, and innovation, while also ensuring compliance with local content requirements.
