450 seater restaurant, is looking for an Senior manager for a trendy Restaurant with live entertainment.

Must be Professional, with a F&B background, a minimum of 4 years in restaurant operations.(Cost of sales, budgeting, ordering of supplies, food cost, stock control, GP, and general running of the entire restaurant, reporting to the GM. Must be prepared to put in hrd work and be passionate about the restaurant industry.

Manage 80 staff and the HR that goes with that - strong in leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R16 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
