My client, a small but growing concern that manages corporate bodies of various sizes in the City Bowl and Atlantic Seaboard, is requiring a dynamic individual who is looking for an opportunity to develop their skills in this field.

Salary: R28 000 - R35 000 negotiable dependent on experience.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification highly advantageous.
• A personality and attitude that manages people relationships well.
• Proven experience in property portfolio management.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Management experience highly advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities::

• Managing of sectional title properties.
• Extensive liaison with customers, property owners, body corporates and various stakeholders building strong ongoing relationships.
• Managing annual general meetings in a highly professional manner.
• Oversee any problems that the property administrator is needing assistance with solving - repairs, levy statements, bad debt and various other problematic situations.
• Financial Management - manage budgets, financial reporting for each property with being able to accurately explain the details on the balance sheet at meetings with property owners and body corporates.
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
