• 10+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (ideally agency-based).
• Passion for recruitment - you thrive on matching people to roles.
• Strong LinkedIn, ATS, and Excel skills. AI-driven sourcing experience is a plus.
• Maturity, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Matric required; a diploma/degree is advantageous.
