Qualifications Degree in Finance and Accounting Experience Required. Middle Management (8-10 years experience, Transaction Banking experience advantageous Perform monthly cost insights and analysis reports. Analyse and report monthly Month on Month (MoM), Year on Year (YoY) cost drivers, and budget vs. actual variances vs. rolling forecast. Champion cost allocation and recovery models supported by Product and/or Regional Heads. Drive a cost optimisation discipline/culture. Partner with TxB business and value chain partners on key cost projects. Prepare presentation, budgets, rolling forecasts and document key discussion points and minutes of key meetings.
