Job ContextAre you a visionary leader with a passion for cultivating an exceptional organizational culture and empowering a diverse and talented workforce? If so, We are seeking an exceptional Head of People & Culture, to drive transformative human capital strategies within our dynamic Security, Parking and Landscaping & Turf Cluster.
This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in shaping our organizational capability, talent development, and cultural excellence, including business partnering on succession planning, talent management, change management, organisational and performance management, learning and development, and reward and recognition, in line with Groups People strategic vision and mission. The role reports to the Chief People Officer.
Minimum Requirements- Human Resource Management, Psychology or related tertiary qualification.
- Preferred Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources / Business Management, Psychology or related area.
- Minimum 10 years of human capital experience, of which 5 years are management experience directly managing a team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working at strategic leadership level.
- Experience in Culture change and Change management.
- Experience in a services, retail industry or labour intensive environment.
- Able to lead multiple business units.
- Experience with and application of LRA, BCEA, OHS, SDA, EEA, WCA, BBBEE, Union/ Worker Council relations, including Unions and Recognition agreements.
