We are looking for a driven, proactive, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and help scale the agencys portfolio. Your main focus areas will be Lead Generation, Cold Outreach, and Appointment Setting.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in key sectors
• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings
• Maintain and update CRM with lead information and touchpoints
• Qualify leads based on set criteria before handoff
• Track weekly outreach targets and conversions (calls, emails, appointments booked)
• Collaborate with Business Development Executive to align messaging and targeting

Remuneration Structure:

Basic Salary + Commission for appointments successfully secured

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales or telemarketing experience (entry-level welcome with training)
• Excellent communication, well-spoken and persuasive speaking skills
• Organized and comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Outlook
• In-depth understanding of Public Relations and Marketing, and how it benefits businesses
• Persistent, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Willing to learn and grow into a more senior sales role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R5 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month
