· Assist clients with their online purchases

· Resolve issues that customers may have

· Ensure website is visible, up-to-date, easy to navigate and functional

· Handle customer complaints

· Ensure availability of stock online is accurate, keep track of inventory levels

· Ensure all online & distribution orders a fulfilled

· Process online & distribution orders promptly and ensure customers receive their orders on time

· Create accurate and appealing brief promotional campaigns highlighting product features and benefits to attract customers to encourage and increase sales

· Analyse website and sales data, identifying trends

· Ensure orders shipped with couriers are delivered on time and in full. Resolve any issues with couriers

· Manage any online & distribution returns / exchanges

· Manage payment transactions and ensure they are received well and methods are secure

· Research new products and identify trends

· Manage social media accounts to promote the store, engage with customers and respond to inquiries

· Teamwork

· Perform market research to identify customer needs, preferences and industry trends

· Write product descriptions that are informative, accurate and engaging to assist customers to make informed purchase decisions

· Respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain a good relationship with clients

SKILLS

· Proficiency in e-commerce platforms & software (Wordpress and WooCommerce advantageous)

· Familiarity with digital marketing channels, ie, social media, email marketing and SEO

· Knowledge of payment processing tools and software

· Ability to use customer service tools and software

· Familiarity with graphic design tools to create product images and promotional graphics

· Excellent communication skills to provide high quality customer service and collaborate successfully with team members

· Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues relating to orders, payments and other customer concerns

· Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management

· Time management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively

· Positive attitude and capacity to work well under pressure

· Empathy and patience to effectively handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

· Ability to work both independently and part of a team

· Strong organizational skills

QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree in Marketing, business or similar is essential

· Prior experience working in retail or customer service (advantageous)

· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is essential

· Experience on e-commerce platforms is essential

· Awareness of e-commerce trends and best practices within the industry (advantageous)
