• Technical and User support

• • • Assist with onboarding new employees, including IT, software, and phone setup
    • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, escalating as needed
    • Collaborate with Pepkor IT to resolve infrastructure and system queries
    • Conduct regular check-ins with Pepkor IT and gather end-user feedback
    • Administer software licenses, ensuring timely renewal or cancellation
    • Maintain an up-to-date licensing register

• Support of software and systems

• • • Oversee and monitor software systems such as Ctrack

• Hardware and Software Procurement

• • • Maintain the IT asset register and assist with budgeting for IT purchases
    • Procure, distribute, and track IT hardware and software assets
    • Ensure printers and projectors are serviced annually and manage their service registers
    • Investigate and recommend new hardware/software as requested

• Data Analysis and Quality Assurance

• • • Data Review and Support: Assist in ensuring that data from various systems is accurate and reliable for business use.
