In this role, youll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, guide users through solutions, and ensure every interaction ends with a satisfied customer. Skills and Experience

What youll do:

  • Excellent customer interaction.
  • To ensure that we communicate accurately and timeously with the relevant clients regarding Incidents logged
  • Working well with another colleague/team player/ willing to assist
  • Ensure that all correspondence is adhered to, executed, or noted in the correct manner
  • Following instructions, including customer Working Instructions (WI) or management instructions.
  • Perform day-to-day tasks to ensure reliability, availability, and serviceability with minimal interruption to the client. Go-getter

Your expertise:

  • English - Can converse and has the necessary email skills.
  • Excellent Customer Interaction and communication.
  • Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
  • Understanding of networking protocols and standards (link aggregation protocols, spanning tree.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Wireless radio network, maintenance, new links (multiple brands).
  • Data centre infrastructure design and build.
  • UPS batteries and power knowledge.
  • Working at heights.
  • Fibre splicing and testing experience Min. 4 Years.

Qualifications required:

  • National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ N3/ Grade 12
  • Pass typical recruitment checks (reference, criminal checks, etc.)
  • Qualifications preferred:
    • Fibre Certificate
    • Working on heights certificate
    • Medical certificate
