Were looking for a tech-savvy and customer-driven Technical Support Specialist to be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues and delivering an exceptional user experience. In this role, youll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, guide users through solutions, and ensure every interaction ends with a satisfied customer. Your ability to simplify the complex, stay calm under pressure, and provide top-tier support makes you a vital part of our IT success.

What youll do:

• Excellent customer interaction.
• To ensure that we communicate accurately and timeously with the relevant clients regarding Incidents logged
• Working well with another colleague/team player/ willing to assist
• Ensure that all correspondence is adhered to, executed, or noted in the correct manner
• Following instructions, including customer Working Instructions (WI) or management instructions.
• Perform day-to-day tasks to ensure reliability, availability, and serviceability with minimal interruption to the client. Go-getter

Your expertise:

• English - Can converse and has the necessary email skills.
• Excellent Customer Interaction and communication.
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
• Understanding of networking protocols and standards (link aggregation protocols, spanning tree.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Wireless radio network, maintenance, new links (multiple brands).
• Data centre infrastructure design and build.
• UPS batteries and power knowledge.
• Working at heights.
• Fibre splicing and testing experience Min. 4 Years.

Qualifications required:

• National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ N3/ Grade 12
• Pass typical recruitment checks (reference, criminal checks, etc.)
• Qualifications preferred:
  • Fibre Certificate
  • Working on heights certificate
  • Medical certificate
