WOLO is a fast-growing travel brand for South Africans who want more than a getaway — they want a full-blown experience. To keep up with our ambitious lead and sales targets, were looking for a Paid Media / PPC Specialist who knows how to turn budget into results, and results into business growth.

This is not just a Google Ads role. Youll own all paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Search & Display, YouTube Ads, and any other performance platforms you believe will drive leads and bookings.

Youll be responsible for:

• Campaign setup & execution
• Daily, weekly, and monthly optimisation
• Cost-per-lead analysis
• Spend control
• Reporting back performance insights to the marketing team

What Youll Do:

• Plan, build and execute performance-focused ad campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Discovery)
• TikTok Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to reduce cost-per-lead and increase lead quality.
• Track and report on campaign performance, lead volume, and cost per channel — providing clear feedback to the marketing team.
• Own the 7-figure annual paid media budget, ensuring every cent works as hard as it should.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to test new ad formats, messaging, and visuals.
• Research and identify new paid media opportunities and placements.
• Stay on top of platform changes and performance trends to ensure were always ahead of the curve.

What Were Looking For:

• 2-4+ years managing multi-channel digital ad campaigns.
• Hands-on experience setting up and optimising ads in:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• TikTok Ads Manager
• YouTube Campaign Manager
• Strong grasp of audience segmentation, A/B testing, bidding strategies, tracking and attribution.
• Comfortable analysing results and making decisions based on cost per lead, ROAS, CTR, and conversion data.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven and proactive about results.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in travel, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands.
• Understand pixels, event setup, and integrations with tools like Google Tag Manager.
• Have worked with leads flowing into a CRM or pipeline environment.
• Have tested other performance channels like Pinterest Ads, Twitter/X, or programmatic platforms.
