We have an exciting opportunity to help establish and build the new Rola BYD dealership based at the Rola Mall - Somerset West in the capacity of Selling Sales Manager role. This all electric premium brand is going to shift heads and standards. The successful tech-savy candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets with loads of zeal. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola brand.

• Min Grade 12
• Computer literate
• At least 3 years experience in Vehicle Sales Management
• Proven Networker
• Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
• High attention to detail. Organised & structured
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
• Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
• Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills
• Clear criminal record

• Develop and implement Marketing initiatives
• Plan and implement sales activities & exceed monthly sales targets
• Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Manage Finances, administration and reporting of your department
