A multinational electrical engineering corporation is seeking to appoint a HR Transformation Program - Country Change & Coaching Lead [South Africa/Cluster]. As Change and Coaching Program Lead, you will organize, execute and oversee the change, communication and training activities in the country/cluster under your lead business.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5-8 years of experience within HR function or Change Management role
• Experience in large transformation programs
• Proven change management capabilities. Relevant experience and knowledge of organizational change management processes, methodologies and tools; including process, technology and people aspects.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with different organizational levels and thorough understanding of how to engage diverse audiences -able to build trustful relationships.
• Creativity and readiness for innovation to break new ground.
• Excellent communication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way, sensi-tive to communication steps related to all levels of stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
