As an administrator, you will be responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company. Your role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.

· Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.

· Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the board room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.

· Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

· Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the companys operations.

· Purchasing office supplies and equipment.

· Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.

· Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Required Functional/Technical Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

· Comfortable handling confidential information.

· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Required Critical Behaviours

· Excellent time management skills

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

· Ability to work without supervision

· Great customer service skills

Required Qualifications/Experience

· Matric

· Tertiary qualification is an added advantage

· 3 years experience in a similar role

· Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R9 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
