Futurama which is a leading online retailer in South Africa is looking for a sales-minded Stock checking assistant who can confirm stock availability with suppliers for our customers in order to convert leads into sales. Telephone skills and manners are of absolute importance.

The role will contain various admin tasks such as:

• Calling Suppliers
• Confirming stock availability
• Confirming cost price
• Sending emails to confirm the above with customers.

Strict Requirements:

• Matric certificate with good marks for English
• Tertiary diploma/Degree advantageous
• Strong telephone skills with a high level of English
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans is advantageous
• Strong reference from previous employer
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Basic computer skills (Email/word/excel)

Salary will be between R6000 to R8000 .
