The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns, maintaining calendars, and assisting with touchpoints that enhance customer engagement and retention. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to driving measurable impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Requirements:

• Build, edit, and deploy email campaigns using ESP tools, ensuring alignment with brand voice and email performance best practices.
• Support the setup and optimization of lifecycle email flows, driving revenue and engagement.
• Manage tasks and timelines using tools like Asana, ensuring projects stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Conduct A/B tests, monitor results, and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain an email calendar for promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and ongoing tests, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Perform thorough quality assurance on all email campaigns, ensuring functionality and accuracy across devices and platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improving future campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to support campaigns and lifecycle initiatives.

Experience Required::

• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (ESPs) like Klaviyo, Iterable, or Mailchimp.
• Basic HTML knowledge for editing email templates.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
