Boxer Superstores is looking for a dynamic Property Development Analyst to join our team at our Head Office in Westville. The Property Development Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Development team by evaluating potential development opportunities, conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support sound decisions. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, analytical expertise and collaboration with key-stakeholders to drive business goals.

The role requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A proactive approach and a commitment to high-quality outputs are essential.

• Bachelors Degree: Typically in finance, property development, economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role with exposure to property development and financial analysis.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and organize complex data effectively.

• Strong mathematical acumen, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
