Debtors Clerk

Location: Umhlanga Ridge

* 5 years experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word,Outlook

* Proficient in SageOne or Pastel

* Knowledge of transport industry - Container Division

* Knowledge of PODS, invoicing and reconciling Debtors and receipting of payments

* Knowledge of Port operations and depot requirements

* Must be deadline driven, able to work under pressure and able to work independently, proactive, problem-solving

* Must have time management skills

* Admin duties

* Must be able to communicate well with clients, collegues and report to management

* Must be available immediately
