Role Purpose Coordinate and administer psychometric assessments, write reports, and provide feedback in line with legislative, governance, and HPSCA requirements. All duties will take place under the supervision of a registered practitioner. Requirements- Honours Degree in Social Science/Commerce/Arts, majoring in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
- The qualification must be accredited by the HPCSA for a Psychometric internship.
- Preference will be given to individuals who have already written and passed their HPCSA board examination, OR have been accepted into the BPsych Equivalence/Practical Psychometry programme, with the intent of completing their practical hours so as qualify to write the HPCSA board examination.
- Exposure to the following will be advantageous:
o Administration of assessments in a corporate environment
o Accreditation on reputable psychometric assessment tools
o Writing of integrated reports for selection and development purposes
o Client service experience
Duties & Responsibilities- Schedule and send out assessment links to candidates within agreed SLA.
- Coordinate and administer psychometric assessments within agreed SLA.
- Score results, integrate, and compile assessment reports within agreed SLA.
- Address candidate and business queries within agreed SLA.
- Capture billing information to the correct business units.
- Provide assessment feedback to clients and candidates where needed.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality services.
- Research and keep abreast developments in the psychometric and assessment field.
- Engage and partner with clients on relevant HR projects from an assessment perspective.
