Job Title : Video Shopping Influencer (English speakers)

Job spec

• Selling products for exciting brands from our portfolio of clients through Confer With Live video shopping platform
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets, such as sales volume, call conversion, call duration
• Pro-actively upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase the order value
• Support the team with website audits, training and coaching, troubleshooting requests

Presentation requirements:

• Setting up and maintaining video presentation workspace - camera, lighting, sound, layout of products
• Presenting to camera confidently and being engaging throughout
• A friendly, positive personality and can-do attitude
• Well spoken and excellent communication skills

Experience and skills needed :

• Previous sales experience working within a target driven environment
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Resilient and tenacious
• Ability to use multiple systems
• Able to learn new skills
• Product Training and coaching will be provided

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate
• Up to 1 or 2 years retail sales experience beneficial

Salary

• From R7,500 plus performance bonus and commission

Working hours : day/ night shift rotation
