Assistant Branch Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate for restocking
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the in-store experience
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve store performance

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years experience in Retail Management
• Computer literate
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven leadership abilities and management of staff
• Must be self motivated and assertive
• A successful track record in sales, profit management, stock management including purchase management, merchandise control, tactical and strategic planning.
• Must be organised, efficient, creative and assertive with strong communication skills on all levels
• Own transport and valid drivers license is required
