- A relevant three-year tertiary Qualification in Human
- Up to two (2) years relevant experience in a payroll and
- Supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of SAP-based payroll administration would
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Coordinate the administration/processing of all payments
- Render high level support service to the Payroll and Benefits
- Supervise the maintenance of staff records, ensure adherence
- Liaise, advise and assist internal and external clients on payroll
- Ensure that unresolved general ledger reconciliations are
- Coordinate the processing of all appointments, promotions,
- Coordinate the maintenance of the payroll cycle and
- Quality assurance of all payroll and benefits administration
