Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

✅ Retail Management/Supervisory Experience - Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail environment.✅ Fluency in Afrikaans & English - Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.✅ Matric (Grade 12) Certificate - Completed and passed.✅ Valid Drivers License - If no license, you must reside in the Table View area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including stock control, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Drive sales and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
