Bartender

The Cape Town Club is more than just a restaurant or bar, we are Cape Towns oldest private Members Club. Every staff member plays an important role in creating an exceptional Member and guest experience.

As our Bartender, you will provide the highest level of hospitality and guest experience when preparing and providing beverages to our Members and Guests.

We provide beverages and food to the various parts of the Club including the cafe, restaurant, lounge and private dining areas as well as room service.

We require a fun personality to welcome and interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.

Preparation of cocktails at a high and consistent standard.

• A Matric Certificate and the completion of a Barman / Cocktail barman course from a recognised South Africa Educational Institution is advantageous.
• At least 1 years experience in a similar role.
• POS experience (Tablet POS or similar)
• You are flexible and can work different shifts
• Your knowledge in preparing beverages, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service.
