Previous experience in a Brokers Office a must

Formulate plans towards the growth of the Company

Analyze organizational practices, identify weaknesses and provide solutions

Produce data based projected outcomes of proposed action plans and create decks to present to clients and fellow consultants

Develop action plans for clients based on in depth research from diverse, reputable sources

Research and pursue opportunities for future business development

Conduct consistent system analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems

Providing guidance when issues arise

Requirements - please read carefully

Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Finance

4 years experience in the industry

Insurance or Banking industry would be an advantage
